Congratulations! Teens aren't terrible! At least mine wasn't.
I wish she had just become a teenager - instead I just sent her off for her 1st year of college - she's just turned 18 two months ago! If I could move the clock back 5 years I would do it in a heartbeat!
Keep a positive mind. Read some good books on mothering teen girls - if you want some titles - pm me. Pray, pray, pray that you can maintain good communication & a great relationship while you PARENT her!
Make sure you make special time just for the 2 of you to share laughs & do girl things that show you appreciate her maturity!
I too miss those baby days - it all goes way to fast. I've decided the worst part of parenting is that there are too few years they actually live under your roof!
