I'm sorry this is happening...does this happen all the time, or does it occur only after she's been in the crate for some time? How old is Kallie?
If she is young, maybe she is still not used to holding for a long time yet. If she's in the crate for awhile and does this, maybe you can take her out sooner and help her go outside or on a pad.
