 Just got back from the vet...
We just got back from the vet and Jack has doubled his weight in 3 weeks! He was 1 lb at 8 weeks and now at 11 weeks he is 2 lbs! The vet didn't seem to concerned but i did think he was looked a little rounder around his tummy area. Is this normal or am I overfeeding him? He eats about a half cup of food a day. I am not intentionally trying to keep him tiny or anything, I just want to make sure he is the right weight for his frame. Please let me know if anyone else has experience rapid weight gain like this. |
