Here is the email I sent to Merrick's:
I am writing to complain about the recent changes in the quality of your canned dog food. The product is watery and has less meat. My dog has noticed the difference as well and picks at it where she used to gobble it down. We pay a premium price for what we have come to know as a premium product. I would rather pay a bit more than be surprised with less in the way of a watered down product. Many of my fellow dog owners feel the same way and plan on switching to another brand if you do not return your product to its previous quality standards.
