Most likely it is due to nervousness. I know my parent's yorkie will throw up when he gets nervous. Lacy will also throw up when she is severly nervous (which has only happened once). Just keep an eye on the puppy. He will probably be a little lethargic for the next day or two from the shots. If the symptoms get worse though it may be a reaction to the vaccines.
