That's true...You have to watch what you put on your body as well...
My cousin recently came into town and we basically ate vegan with her the whole time, and it wasn't bad at all!
She says that after awhile, you really just don't crave meat at all...She said she tried a piece of meat about 3 months after she started, and she didn't like it at all...And she didn't feel well eating it.
I would really like to do this, as I do believe it's healthier for you...Meat and regular cow milk make your body acidic and many illnesses thrive on acidic bodies...I don't have the long list of illnesses, but I do have a desire to live a long and healthy life
It's nice to know someone else who is interested in this diet. My entire family would freak out and think I was absolutely nuts if I did this. So, I'm not sure how I would tell them about this. They would have a hard time with me becoming a vegetarian, let alone vegan. Disapproval from them would be high.
