I agree. Maddie's ears are up, but they flop when the hair on them gets too long. If shaving alone doesn't work, definately tape them. I've heard that taping can work even after they are a year old. But if they don't end up standing up in the end, floppy ears are also adorable. Wes has floppy ears and Maddie's are up.
