My Ava's ears went up right away and then bent right back down. They didn't stay up permanently until she was almost 6 months, just when I had decided that she was beautiful the way she was. I even asked the vet if it could have been caused by ear infections, just in case. He assured me not to worry her ears would be fine and she was fine. She is 8 1/2 months now and her ears stand up nice and pretty all the time.
