Siu Pao gets car sick quite frequently ever since he was a puppy. We do travel with him in the car almost every week but it is still the same. Hopefully he will be better when he gets older (he is 1 year old now). When we prepare him for a journey, usually an hour to my MIL's, I feed him very little and then feed him again when we reached the destination and that helps a lot. He won't eat ginger snap and motion sickness pills. What helps is letting him stare out of the window with the window down and he seemed to feel a little better.
