I have one. bought it in February for $1200
... It was on sale though so i took it. I don't really like it, because it came pre-installed with vista and vista has soooooo many problems when you install games and/or software. It was good at the beginning. But now I don't like it much. Luckily i bought insurance and will hopefully change it with a new one (maybe different brand)in a few months (with store credit of total pruchase price they told me)...... BUT.. if you don't like installing all kinds of stuff and will use it for the basics it's all good! I just love playing games and reading my ebooks and something always messes up until i uninstall it.....
