My Bogey's ears didn't go up immediately either. I taped them, but my husband made soo much fun of him it made me feel bad & I'd take it down. I have heard that they won't go up until their private parts drop. Whether or not that's true, Bogeys ears went up overnight & have been up ever since (he's 20 mths. now)
