Avery's ears were always down as a lil baby and then began to flop..then one was all of a sudden ALWAYS up and the other was still floppy(which was so cute-but i didnt want it to be like that permanently) SO we trimmed her ears WAY down(at about 3months old) and a couple days after that.. they were both up for good. She is now 4.5months old and they have stayed up since!! i would try cutting the hair on the ears, and wait a day or two(see what happens), if nothing.. then i would consider taping or doing other things to help them stay up. BUT i have heard SO many people(including myself) say that shaving the ears alone works. Good luck!!
