Yep that sounds about right for here,lol!! You can't even rent a house for under 1000.00 for just a 1 bdrm, apts are expensive too. Most small homes sell for 350,000 for tiny places and goes way up for biger homes. We have alot of million dollar homes out here and yet these homes are small compared to other states.
