When Buddy was ten months old I went through a simular experience.
Grit like substance in his lower intestestines. Hospitalized for four days.Vet was pretty sure it might have been the nyla bone he had been chewing on or the pesticides that was put down a couple of days before his illness.
I thought of rat poison also around the garbage sheds but vet said he would
have died and not survived from eating that.
Does she chew on these types of bones?
Praying for a complete recovery.
