It is perfectly fine to feed wet food. Although a lot of people think that dry food is better for teeth, that really has never been proven. At most it makes them a bit stronger and scrapes a little bit of tartar off. Ellie went a few months with only soft homecooked (no kibble) and did fine. I personally wouldn't feed Natural Balance though, because some of their food was recalled,but that is just my opinion and others on here do feed it.
