It is not unusual for people to get poison ivy from their dogs or cats. They may or may not be susceptible to it or showing symptoms, but they can have the oils on their coats from being outside in it and then they rub against us or we put them, etc. and we get it. Hope you are able to get it under control soon! That can be very miserable!
