I have a Bella also. She is only 16 weeks old and we are trying to learn pee pads now. LOL She gets it about half the time. I had a fence installed this week so that she can go out now. (Her vet asked that she not go out til she got her last vac.) So, now we can go out to potty! Yea! Anyway, every book I have read on potty training says that once they are pad trained, to train them to go outside you need to slowly move the location of their pad. Gradually move it closer and closer to the door they will be going out of. Then eventually you will put a pad where you want them to go potty outdoors. That's what I am going to try with my Bella. Don't know how that will work with your moving but I hope it helps.
