Just a quick update before I head off to bed... nope, still no puppies
Its now 3:30am, the start of day 67 & I am really starting to get worried for her now
She is acting quite restless tonight and is having a really hard time getting comfortable. No doubt with how big & tight her belly is now. The babies are still moving around, but I would guess with difficulty. The pups are definately heading toward her canal now, since I can feel they are quite low. She's not sleeping tonight like she has been lately, but her temp is still sitting at 99.6... and she ate her canned food dinner earlier this evening just fine, so I dunno?
I will most definately be calling the vet by early afternoon if still no change. My main concearn at this point is that these pups are growing too big for her to push out on her own.
She's now too heavy for my scale to register so I can't even tell how heavy she is anymore. She started out at 3 lbs 11 ounces... the scale won't register after 5 lbs 11 ounces... so we know she's heavier than that.
Let's all keep our fingers crossed it happens today maybe?
