Yep, he did. But, he also told Eric that he'd like to get rid of Dick and/or Danielle. He tried to get Eric to use the veto so that Dick or Danielle could be back doored. He tried to suggest it to Jessica also. Zach has said different things to different people. I also heard Dick tell Danielle that Jessica needs to go. I don't know why these people go in and form alliances and trust each other. Then, they get mad when they find out that someone has fooled them or lied. After 8 seasons, no one gets that it's a game and people lie and scheme in order to win!
IMO, Jessica blew it when she didn't put at least one of the Donatos up. But, it's not the first time she blew that opportunity.
