I just recieved my new dog named Lulu and she is 9 years old. She needed a home and I needed a dog but honestly I don't know anything about this breed. The one thing that I am CLUELESS about is the oil build-up on the outer ear and I can't find anything on the Web that tells me if this is suppose to be there or if it is not.
She wasn't taken care of (grooming wise) and I am doing my best to recover her looks....please help
