Well, thanks but don't be jealous....it took me too long to get myself in gear to get it done! What finally made me decide to get healthy is the fact that I avoided the mirror because it was hard to come to terms with the stranger looking back at me. I would walk by a mirror and have to do a double-take because it just didn't look like me. Reality....it was me and I had to change it!!
