I just use OtiCalm recommended by my vet and squirt it in his ears once a week after bath and massage the base of his ears and then just let him shake and wipe whatever excess liquid that came out with damp cloth then dry cloth as he hates it. I never try to use anythign that goes in deep in to his ears-I only trust my vet and groomer in doing that.
