so are you going to return the puppy? Is the store going to pay for the bills?
Sorry yopu are going through this and if the vet is associated with the store i would remove him asap it sounds like a scam to get more money out of you. I would request a copy of the x-ray and s copy of the vet records now before you do anything and then i would take him to a new vet If you are going to keep him. This sounds to fishy.
