I agree I just took Brody to the vet the other day for a check up and asked the same question. He looked in the ear cleaned the brown wax and looked again and said it was an ear infection. He gave him meds (ear drops that I have to put in his ears 2x daily for 7 days. He too didn't seem to complain or be in pain at all. I posted a question on the sick or injured thread and was told to start putting earplugs or cotton in his ears during bath time (i'm a newbie so i never thought to do this). The meds make his head look like a grease ball
, but at least his ears are getting better...
