I read that it is better to use both, but which do you use the gel, spray or both? I am not sure how well Gracie and Hallee would tolerate me spraying something on their teeth. I was thinking about just getting the gel for right now. I am still trying to make up my mind too, orginal or samon. I read the samon is better, but I don't want my babies having a fishy taste/smell in their mouth.
