Hallee had tapework a few weeks ago. Vet said the get it from ingesting a flea, one flea will do it. Vet gave us one little pill. We had to treat both dogs even though we only saw it in Hallee's poo. Be careful because we humans can get it from our pets. Be sure to wash your hands ect. Oh, it is not prevented with heartguard.
