If you are not a bit interested in returning the puppy then I strongly suggest you take that little thing to a reliable Vet. ASAP. If he does find a problem with the puppy that stemmed from when you purchased him, then get it in writing and go after the store for payment, but take care of the puppy first. I'm so sorry this is happening to that little baby, but this is what happens with mill puppies.
