 How long is time out?
For little kids, I think it is 1 minute per year of age. How long is time out for Yorkies? Coby's in time out right now because he just wouldn't stop barking tonight (okay, the first time was my fault because the water bowl was empty). He's just hyper and obnoxious, attacking the other dog, and barking his fool head off. He's like a toddler too late at night after an entire angel food cake. Even showing him the water bottle isn't helping tonight. So he's in time out in his kennel. He always goes in voluntarily and calms right down when he goes in and I cover it. But for those of you that use time out, how long is your time out? |
