Hi everyone! I recently bought Embrace Pet Insurance for my puppy and was wondering if anyone else here had a policy with them. I looked at lots of different pet insurance companies and like them the best because they cover genetic defects (like luxating patella or liver shunt) and they pay based on the actual charges you incur at the vet's office (unlike some others that pay according to a set fee schedule).
However, I am a tad concerned because they don't seem to be as well known as some other companies. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with this company.
