I am not sure if this will help, but I had a 1 pound, 10 week old with the same problem, ie not eating enough. This can cause massive drops in their blood sugar. I was force feeding her and the vet said that sometimes that will have a reverse affect. If they are old enough, try mixing canned tuna with honey. The vet said this is obviously NOT a good puppy diet, but at least it gets something in them. If it is hypoglycemia you need to make sure the sugar levels are consistent. Lolo was having seizures because her blood sugar levels were so erratic. Try giving them a bit of Nutrical and then a protein/carbo combo like rice and chicken or honey and tuna. I am NOT a professional and I only consulted one vet, but Lolo pulled through after 2 weeks. Let me know if I can help any further!
