This is absolutely one of the most horrible things I have ever read. Im sick inside and I also want this 19 year old to pay for this!!!! If he can do this..He can do anything..he should never walk the streets again as far as Im concerned. What kind of thing is this??? What will that poor little dog think the rest of her days..?? How will she trust or feel secure ever again..Im writing the letter...
