he was able to walk after.. seriously though the neighbor that went after him has stepped in front of three speeding cars one of them was a police.. i told my mom that i am going to do everything i possibly can to stop this.. how many people or animals have to die before someone actually does something? my mom also wanted to know if there was any type of city job or office she could run for that would be able to stop this?
