 Dog chained to dog house dies from heat exhaustion
My best friend just called me in tears. She has been telling me about this dog that has been chained up about 300 feet from the owners house in the back. They finally put a dog house out there.
well, this weekend, the dogs chain got kinked up within itself and the dog could not reach its dog house or water bowl...it laid there and died from the heat.
it has been over 100 here for at least 3 weeks with no rain!!!...we have had our first break the last few days!!!
I can't believe people like this. I can't stand to see dogs chained up like that...and this is exactly why.
