Yes, it's a natural white bone, I believe it to be a beef bone.
You can also buy them in you supermarket but those need to be cleaned
from the meat, fat that are left on them. Some use them to make soup.
They are very thick and no way can choke on them. I buy them already
cleaned and dried. Look in any pet store where they sell the raw hides
usually they are in their own bin. Just pick one that fits your babies
mouth. There are not many small ones at times so I pick them up when
I see them. If you have trouble finding them pm me and I will be happy to
get one for you and mail it.
