I got the 14 in. and he is really 14 in. His legs are a little to short and thick though and he could be a little longer, but other than that I would not know what to do without my dear Oscar! He doesn't even mind if I put girly stuff on him...
One thing more, I wished he wasn't black b/c sometimes the outfits I put on him don't show really nice on black. Maybe I have to get him a white girlfriend!!!
