But it seems like you have made your choice, and ready to buy from this particular breeder because she pretends to be a good breeder ONLY by asking some questions.... 
Just wondering: why people ask advices, receive answers, and still don't pay attention to most important details? if someone told me she is back yard breeder/puppy miller, I would run immediately...

I had made no decision to buy any of the puppies. But I thought I owed it to myself to check it out and see with my own eyes. I didn't buy.
