I give them to both of my babies. I watch them very carefully when I have them though to make sure they don't bite off too big of pieces. For smaller babies though, like puppies, I recommend the Greenie Bits. My babies love them and there is no risk of them getting stuck in their digestive tract. They will have green poop the day after, but that's no biggie
