Most people think it's cute... Even me, I am a 24 year old guy. We dress up Peanut sometimes: 'Vicious' Hoody, t-shirts, etc...
Some people will always be rude, but if you are taking your little ones to places where other dog owners are, most people are excited to see them dressed up
