My concern is, what if this "great deal" ends up costing you thousands because of future health problems....especially if you buy both puppies!
I'm not saying that it's not worth checking into but quite honestly,if she is a puppy broker or has a puppy mill,I would NEVER EVER buy anything from her! I do hope that things work for you and that she is not a "miller" and that her puppies are healthy and happy.
