Diggy runs, barks, whines, kicks, and rolls his eyes when sleeping....freaks me out too sometimes I just rub him and he seems to stop. Bella has her eyes open a lot! I think its pretty normal. I have always heard a happy healthy puppy is never still....even when they sleep!
