It's not the kind of choke that happens if he eats or drinks too fast. and I don't put any water on the toothbrush with the toothpaste, I rinse it very well after he is done and boil it in hot water once a week, so there is no water invovled with the actual brushing. It's one of the two, I just don't know which one, we take him to the only respectable vet in the area and he is off for two weeks for vacation, i'm at a loss. he had done it a few times in the past few months, but suddenly he is doing it all the time.
