Hi - Not to repeat anyone - but you DO need to rezize them - I typed up some directions so I can copy and paste them to anyone who needs help....
RESIZING: To make sure your pictures are not huge and resize them...This is one of the easiest program on the net to resize your pics....

Depending on the size of your image, you just have to click ONE SIZE (USUALLY 50%) and it resizes it for you... This program interface is in the pic below shows how easy it is - Click click - you're done -
ONCE you resize - and want to upload photos into a post ...
In your post, Scroll down and you’ll see Additional Options
Click MANAGE ATTACHMENTS
Click BROWSE to find the picture on your Computer
Click the picture – then click UPLOAD
