The people at the 800# aren't going to care. We had a "sub" driver screw up a couple deliveries and they weren't interested. When our regular guy got back from vacation we told him what happened and HE said he would fix the problem. It helps to have a good relationship with your UPS guy. Watch for him the next time he comes and explain the situation. Let him meet the dogs and realize they aren't scary. |
