I would have the litter aborted and her spayed at the same time. There are so many puppies being born with not nearly enough homes for them. At 7lbs she should be able to safely deliver the puppies, but do you really want to take that chance? There can be so many complications with pregnancy, and raising a litter of puppies is a lot of work and can be quite an expense. I just wouldn't want to take the chance of losing my baby - I'd have her spayed.
