Hi everyone, can anyone tell me what they have found in a Liquid Nutritional Supplement to really be beneficial?

I am looking for something that will benefit Jack. Through the years I have bought the liquid vitamins from the health food store and then the Noni Juice for him. They really never have helped him. I also bought the Vita Mix machine and use that a lot.

Has anyone tried the Vemma Liquid Nutritional, Vitamins and Minerals?
What about Mangoneese Juice?

What have any of you taken in the supplement area to help you feel stronger and that you could actually say you benefited from taking it?

Really appreciate any and all suggestions.
