It is sad. BUT after time, I realized that I played a big part in God's plan for Roxie. If I wouldn't have bought her from that woman (that showed so many warning signs which I ignored after looking at Roxie's face), someone else would have bought her unknowingly, and very likely, her life of abuse, neglect, and misunderstanding would have simply continued by people who don't understand puppy mill puppies and their special needs. Or she would have been abandoned in frustration of her problems. Because I got her, I was able to get her to people who were able to care for her the rest of her life. I was simply a "way" to get her where she belonged.
