I am considering rescuing a yorkie. I don't have a yorkie yet because I want to show, but I'm going to the YTCA yorkie specialty next week to meet a mentor, and from there, hopefully learn to show and eventually get a puppy. Until then, I'd really love to get one just for a pet. I've never rescued before, so I have many questions, of course. I really do like the idea of getting one from a rescue to give it a loving home, but then I start questioning it. Would you suggest I rescue one??
