I live in a community where we can not have a fenced in yard. Bella is 3 and still just takes of sometimes if she is not on her tie-out. We just got a rat terrier puppy and now Bella is teaching her bad tricks to the puppy. I was wondering if anyone has ever used electric fencing and if so what kind and how did it work??
