 noise
How old is he? When Zoey was little she did it a LOT whenever she was around Bella(diggy4) and they would play all night. It would freak me out and I was at the vet all of the time. Because they are so little they are prone to the collapsing trachea and I believe it just gets irriated when she is exercising a lot. Now she only makes it when her and her little brother are frantically chasing each other around the house. We just make her stop and after she settles she stops.
