Poor baby! Only one of Rebel's had descended and the vet had a really ahrd time finding the other one. It was in Reb's upper thigh
He had to be opened up just a little more because of this.
I'd be really leery of the vet you used before. I, too, think an ultrasound would be in order with your little guy.
